2019 wing/forward Carrington McCaskill is having an All-State type of season so far. Hit the jump for fresh highlights of the athletic 6’7 junior out of Detroit Renaissance High School at the MLK Classic Event.

Another big time performance for McCaskill in front of a packed house against Flint Beecher. Carrington had his athleticism on full display, as he finished with explosive dunks and was able to protect the rim with highlight reel blocks. On the wing he buried two catch and shoot triples from the corner and his perimeter shot is now a consistent weapon. McCaskill is one of the best offensive rebounders in the state and he used his quick twich jumping ability to get putbacks with multiple efforts on the glass. Even though he had limited minutes in the first half with foul trouble, Carrington would finish with 21 points, 12 rebounds and 2 blocks in a performance that has become routine this season. With his ability to consistently stretch the floor from distance, McCaskill is becoming one of the most versatile players in the Midwest when considering his size, length and athletic abilities.
