2020 guard Wendell Green had a big time performance at the Motor City Roundball Classic, dropping 32 points and 8 assists against Novi. Hit the jump for fresh highlights of the Detroit Country Day sophomore.

Wendell was on fire from deep, knocking down 5 triples on the game. His shot creation ability off the bounce was superb, as he repeatedly hit defenders with crossovers and changed speeds before accelerating to the basket or rising up and burying shots from distance. While Green is a great scorer, his playmaking ability for others makes him special as a lead guard. He sprayed dimes all over the floor and found teammates for open layups or perimeter shots. He had several hit-ahead passes in transition where his wings were the benefactors. In the half-court Wendell used his ability to get separation on the defender to get open looks for his teammates once help arrived.  See  below for highlights.
