2019 wing Christian Guess was a standout performer at the NEO Spotlight Top 20 Combine. Hit the jump for fresh highlights of the athletic and versatile junior out of Shaker Heights  High School.

Christian showed off his athleticism as usual on a few lobs and dunks in transition that were highlight-reel worthy. While he’s always good for displaying crowd-pleasing bounce, we really liked what we saw from Guess as a shooter. He knocked down multiples triples on the afternoon, a few off the dribble after creating separation from his defender. Not just a scorer, Guess was tremendous as a passer in transition, throwing a few no look dimes to teammates for easy looks at the basket. Although the EM #143 for 2018 is very under-valued nationally, he’s going to be a tremendous asset for whichever program he chooses. With prototype size at the wing spot, plus athleticism, a rapidly improving skillset and motor for days, we see no reason why Christian won’t develop into a legitimate two-way wing in a few years at the college level. See below for highlights.
