2018 Expressions Elite wing Philmon Gebrewhit is an under the radar prospect that really impressed this Spring. Hit the jump for fresh highlights on the skilled and versatile 6’7 junior that has a high major upside.

While Philmon isn’t one of the bigger names in the recruiting world as of yet, he was one of the most versatile wings we viewed all Spring. Gebrewhit is a plus ballhandler with the ability to beat defenders with change of direction dribbles from the wing. He also has tremendous vision off the bounce, as he consistently finds teammates for kickouts and dumpoffs when driving after helpside defense commits. Philmon has a good looking stroke with good lift and nice arch. From a physical standpoint Gebrewhit has good size for a wing at 6’6+ and a frame capable of adding 20 pounds without losing mobility. He’s a fluid athlete with above average lateral movement and straight line speed and appears to have all the tools to be a very good two-way player at the next level. Philmon averaged 10.5 points, 5.8 rebounds and 4 assists per game while shooting 45.4% from the field and 44.4% from distance over 4 games in Session 4 in Los Angeles. We really like Philmon’s ability to score at all 3 levels and playmake for teammates, but we like his upside even more. That will be reflected when the initial Endless Motor 2018 rankings are released in the near future. See below for highlights.
