2018 guard David DeJulius is known as one of the premier perimeter scorers in the country. The Michigan point guard of the future looked superb as playmaker for others at the Run-N-Slam in Fort Wayne.

During the opening game against OH Nova on Friday night, DeJulius repeatedly shredded the defense off the dribble before finding teammates for open lay-ups or jumpshots. It was an impressive display of court vision and leadership for sure. David appears to be transitioning from elite scoring guard to one of the most well-rounded point guards in the country. The court vision was certainly the most impressive facet of his game but David didn’t stop there. He also pulled down 7 rebounds and pursued the ball off the glass with great energy. He flirted with a triple-double on Friday night and had a huge impact in a Family victory over OH Nova. During bracket play, DeJulius went on one his typical scoring binges versus C2K Elite. David dropped in 5 triples and once again confirmed his standing as one of the best perimeter scorers in the country. The expansion of his game is noteworthy and something that will make him much better prepared to take over the reigns in Ann Arbor in a few years. See below for highlights.
