2019 5 star Romeo Weems continued to display why he’s such a touted prospect during EYBL session 1. The talented 6’6 wing displayed great ability as a two-way player that can play multiple spots on the floor.

Weems absolutely dominated against The Truth, playing all 5 positons in a tremendous display of versatility. Romeo showed great vision in transition where he dropped no-look dimes to teammates for easy buckets. He created separation from the wing in the halfcourt with change of speed dribbles and finished in the paint. Weems also looked very fluid with his back to the basket. He showed very good footwork and balance on the low block where he was able to convert through contact. Romeo’s skill may only be surpassed by his motor, as he simply attacks the glass in a way that not many other prospects in the country can. He brought the crowd to its feet when he tipdunked  a teammate’s missed jumpshot in highlight-reel fashion. See below for highlights.
