Caleb McConnell had a really nice debut with C2K Elite during opening weekend of AAU season at the Michigan Invitational in Detroit.  The 6’4  combo-guard displayed a really versatile skillset that should make him a hot commodity on the recruiting trail in coming months.

Caleb showed the ability to score in a variety of different ways, and he’s comfortable playing on-ball and off. Off the dribble he utilized pick and roll action well, as he aggressively attacked the rim with nice change of speed dribbles and converted at the rim or the free throw line. McConnell has a really nice looking stroke from both distance and midrange. He knocked down perimeter shots all weekend long both off the catch and the dribble. In the post, he bullied smaller defenders for easy buckets and also showed good motor in attacking the glass. See below for highlights.
