Endless Motor Sports had the privilege of speaking with 2018 guard Will Dillard, the #132 player in the country per 247Sports. The Greensboro Day School (NC) standout speaks on the high school season, additions to his game over the summer and where he’s at with the recruiting process.

     I. High School Season

EM: How are things going for Greensboro Day so far from a team and individual standpoint?

WD: Things are going well at GD this year, we have a lot of returning guys from last year but we also got some new guys that have really helped out our team. We have been playing well lately. I’ve been playing well, my shot has gotten better through the first half of the season but I still have a lot of room to improve with all the parts of my game.

     II. Off-Season Improvements

EM: What did  you work on and add to your game over the later summer and fall?

WD: This summer and fall I did a lot of work on shooting, footwork, and ballhandling.

     III. Recruiting Update

EM: On the recruiting front, what schools have been showing the most interest lately?

WD: The schools that I have been talking to are Boston University, Rice, Rhode Island, St. Joe’s, UNC Greensboro, and UNC Charlotte.

EM: Any visits line up?

WD: Not as of right now

IV. Season Goals

EM: What are your goals this season for both the team and yourself:

WD: Goals for myself is to get better every day no matter what. Same for team goals, we would love to go and win States but the only way to do that is to get better every day in practice and games.
