2017 Marquette commit Jamal Cain has been tremendous for Detroit Cornerstone in the early going of the 16/17 season . Rivals #77 and ESPN 4star player for 2017 is averaging more than 23 points and 15 rebounds per game while playing a loaded schedule during non-conference play.

The 6’8 wing has played all 5 positions and has been unstoppable thus far, scoring at all 3 levels in a variety of ways. Known for a sweet stroke from the outside and highlight-reel dunks, Jamal has been creating off the dribble in the half court more consistently and his footwork looks fluid in the paint. While tightening up those portions of his game, his three ball has been deadly as always and his bounce is a sight to see. Marquette will be getting a gifted athlete that isn’t even close to reaching his full potential, but has the versatile skillset to make an impact early in his career.
