Greg Elliott has been absolutely dominant for East English Village Prep (Detroit), and is no doubt playing the best basketball of his career. The number forty-seven shooting guard in the country per Scout is averaging over 35 points, 5 rebounds, and 5 blocks on the season thus far.

The 6’4 shooting guard has dominated every phase of the game, scoring at all 3 levels in a variety of ways, playing tremendous defense, and creating for teammates. In a thrilling victory against defending Class C state champion Flint Beecher at the Horatio Williams Tipoff Classic in Detroit, Greg dropped in 46 points, while blocking 7 shots and pulling down 7 rebounds. It was one of the best performances from a high school player in Michigan in recent history. Greg knocked down catch and shoot 3s, created off the dribble and finished at the rim, scored from the post, played amazing defense, and was lethal in transition. Elliott is one of the most complete players in the Midwest, and doesn’t really have a weakness. Greg will no doubt be a winter stockriser if his recent play is a preview of things to come.  See below for highlights.
