CG: As a team, we did well. We moved the ball around, everyone got great looks. And individually I did good, got to play in front of a lot of coaches and show my talent.

CG: I like to play with a chip on my shoulder and I have a passion for the game like no other. Some people might say I’m a hot head and all that, but I’m not, I just have that fire in me.

EM: How often do you work on your game?

CG: Daily, I like to get in the gym real early around 5am when nobody is up working, and I have the gym to myself. I workout 2-3 times a day.

CG: I want to major in Sports Management

EM: What are your interests off the court?

CG: I listen to music a lot, I like shoes and I like playing 2k16. I’m a people person, I hang with a minimum of 3 people.

EM: What factors are important to you and your family when making your college decision?

CG: Where my Mom wants to go basically.

EM: Any personal goals on or off the court?

CG: Win a state championship, play division 1 basketball, and go to the NBA of course. And to get my mom and family out of Cleveland!

EM: Last, if you could give the youth some advice on how to succeed either on or off the court, what would you say?

CG: Just keep going, keep chasing your dream, don’t ever let anybody tell you that you can’t do something. Want to be better than others – work at it and just hanging with the right crowd.
