I. AAU & SELF ANALYSIS
EM: You’re running with All-Ohio Red on the EYBL circuit, can you tell us about how things are going as a team and for your individually?
NC: As a team, we haven’t reached our full potential yet, we have played solid and competed but lost 2 games on buzzer beaters, so our record is 2-5 and we have work to do to be better which we will do. As an individual, I have played well, adjusted to the speed of the game, and found my jump shot after session 1. I can always improve on every single thing I do. I will definitely continue to get better with more EYBL experience.
EM: Can you describe your game for those that are not familiar and what parts of your game do you work on?
NC: I’m a quick, shifty guard, who loves to play uptempo, and get out into transition. I play in lots of screen and roll action. Shooter and driver. I work on improving my range on my jumpshot as well as ball handling and strength training/ footwork.

II. ACADEMICS AND OFF-COURT INTERESTS
EM: Can we talk a bit about your interests as a student, what is your favorite subject?
NC: Math, for sure.
EM: What do you plan to major in when attending college?
NC: Honestly, I’m not sure.
EM: What are your interests off the court?
NC: I mean, I can’t really say I spend much time off the court. It’s homework and basketball mostly everyday for me.

EM: Any visits or team camps lined up in the near future?
NC: None lined up yet, but I do plan on taking many visits to get a feel for every place so I make the best decision.
EM: What factors are important to you and your family when making your college decision?

IV. PERSONAL GOALS & ADVICE
EM: Any personal goals on or off the court?
NC: Personal goals to go to the NBA, and use my mind to be as successful after. I really want to be able to give back to my hometown one day.
EM: Last, if you could give the youth some advice on how to succeed either on or off the court, what would you say?
NC: I would tell them to set your mind to whatever it is you want to do and let nobody or nothing derail you from becoming what YOU believe you can be and most importantly work hard !!!
